Franco's is definitely a go to staple! Great chips and hot sauce and great breakfast! They have great Mexican food and American food! Our family has been eating here for 30 years and never once disappointed!

I've been coming along with my grandparents for the last couple of years, it is also my moms favorite place. The food is great, the staff is just as good and are quick to help as well as answer the phone. The atmosphere is also family friendly.
First time eating here. Great service from Alisha. I ordered Guiso which is tender stew meat well seasoned with onion, tomatoes, bell peppers in a light gravy in huge serving, I requested corn tortillas that tasted fresh made! I've been on a low salt diet so the rice was too salty for me, beans good texture but bland. Salad with too salty Ranch. Hot sauce is mild-medium. Good chips. Good guacamole. I didn't like the queso. Husband ate away. He had chicken fajitas were tender but needed more seasoning. Tea was ok. Overall, we enjoyed it. I noticed they are open every day open 10 am to 9 pm. Family atmosphere. Very small dining area and only one bathroom while remodeling.
Hands down my favorite for Mexican in San Angelo. I've lived here when I was a kid and can still remember the delicious sour cream enchiladas. I came back to San Angelo as an adult and every time my husband asks where I want to go for breakfast or lunch it's Francos. They have the best chips and salsa and the breakfast is killer (ive tried the migas, machacada, guiso and chillaquinas). The chillaquinas are a must if you don't know what to order. For lunch sour cream enchiladas are hard to sway away from! The wait Staff is amazing. They are always so nice and run around the restaurant to wait on the customers. The food comes out so quickly and the drinks never run out!
Delicious! Loved everything! Only thing we wish they had was real margaritas (they had canned, so we went with beer). The staff was friendly. The place was busy but we were seated right away. Authentic Mexican food! I had the enchilada, tamale, taco, rice and beans-all delicious! My husband and friends loved their meals as well. The chips and salsa was great! We would definitely come back if we were out this way again!
